Verification is mandatory, and it meant to protect myself and my clients. It places me more at ease and allows a more enjoyable experience. If sharing your identity makes you uncomfortable, that is OK, but we will not be a good fit for each other and I wish you all the best.
Option 1:
Submit ID Photos and Employment Info (LinkedIn Page, Pay-stub, Work Badge). Address and other sensitive information can be blurred out but I must be able to see birth-date and basic information, the intention is to match your government ID to another document to verify you, as well as run a back-ground check.
Option 2:
P411 Verification with at least 3 Okays. Send me a screening request directly on P411. I may still require additional screening.
Option 3:
Provider References. I am picky about which providers that I take references from. You will need to provide detailed contact information and time frame for me to contact them. This is the least preferable verification method, and will take 48-72 hours typically. Please do not send me references with the intention of seeing me under a fake name or no name.
