Verification is mandatory, and it meant to protect myself and my clients. It places me more at ease and allows a more enjoyable experience. If sharing your identity makes you uncomfortable, that is OK, but we will not be a good fit for each other and I wish you all the best.
Option 1:
Submit ID Photos and Employment Info (LinkedIn Page, Paystub, Work Badge). Address and other sensitive information can be blurred out, the intention is to match your government ID to another document to verify you.
Option 2:
P411 Verification with 3 Okays. A screenshot of your profile is sufficient. I’m not currently listed on P411 but accept it for screening.
Option 3:
Provider References. I am picky about which providers that I take references from. You will need to provide detailed contact information and time frame for me to contact them. This is the least preferable verification method, and will take 48-72 hours typically.
